Summary: The Warehouse Crew Member supports the daily operations of the warehouse by assisting with the preparation, organization, and movement of event and equipment. This role plays an important part in ensuring that all materials are properly maintained, accurately staged, and prepared for upcoming events. Working closely with the warehouse leadership team and production staff, the Warehouse Crew Member helps execute inventory pulls, load and unload trucks, and return items to the warehouse in a clean and organized manner.
This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Warehouse Crew Members help maintain a safe, orderly, and well-functioning workspace while supporting the timely preparation of event materials. The role may also include assisting with inventory maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning and quality control of items, and supporting on-site event installations as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the daily organization and operation of the warehouse, ensuring inventory is stored, labeled, and maintained in an orderly and efficient manner.
- Pull, stage, and prepare inventory for upcoming events based on pick lists, event orders, and production schedules.
- Load and unload trucks with event materials, furnishings, décor, and equipment while ensuring items are handled safely and securely.
- Support the preparation and packing of event materials, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper protection of items during transport.
- Receive returned inventory from events, inspect items for damage or missing components, and ensure all items are properly cleaned, repaired, and returned to their designated storage locations.
- Assist with inventory maintenance, including cleaning, polishing, minor repairs, and quality control checks to maintain company standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and notify warehouse leadership of any discrepancies, damaged goods, or supply shortages.
- Support truck loading plans and logistics preparation to ensure efficient transportation and event setup schedules.
- Assist with warehouse organization projects, including reorganizing inventory locations, labeling systems, and improving workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to company safety procedures and proper material handling practices.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse leadership, production staff, and design teams to ensure event materials are prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with on-site event installations and breakdowns when required, supporting the production team with setup and strike of event materials.
- Follow all company operational procedures, safety guidelines, and inventory protocols.
- Support additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned to meet the needs of upcoming events and company operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse operations and policy
- Clean MVR
- May require domestic travel on occasion
- Must have a flexible schedule which may also include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Experience with barcoding inventory control software preferred
- Event industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of safety policies in a warehouse setting preferred
- Special skills such as wood working, furniture repair, painting, and power tool use preferred
- Strong communication skills; ability to maintain transparent communication with management, teams and co-workers.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to manage a large variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
The Warehouse Crew will work in a hybrid setting that includes warehouse spaces, partner facilities, and occasional onsite job sites if/when requested. The role requires the ability to remain stationary for up to 50% of the time, as well as the ability to occasionally lift or move up to 200 pounds. Specific visual abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work is required to support operational needs.
