Job Description

The Cycle Counter position is responsible for the monitoring of the inventory accuracy within a warehouse environment. Accuracy is maintained and improved by completing daily cycle counts and preforming root cause analysis of inventory deviations.

Daily tasks:

• Cycle count inventory following stocktaking procedures.
• Understand and comply with Bosch stocktaking directives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory deviations.
• Communicate to warehouse personnel and finance department findings of material counts.
• Maybe required to cross-train on other functions within the team.
• Perform other essential and related duties as may be necessary.
• Operation of industrial equipment, including order picker and forklift on occasion.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED from a accredited institution.
• +1 years of warehouse experience.
• +1 years of computer data entry experience.
• +1 years of forklift operation experience.
  • Able to operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment or have the ability to obtain qualification to do so.
• +1 years of cycle count experience.
• Microsoft office i.e. excel, outlook, MS teams, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated high degree of accuracy when transcribing and entering of numerical information into SAP.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated good interpersonal and organizational skills.
