Abacus Solutions Group is looking for a Warehouse Data Specialist for an immediate contract position in the North Las Vegas area.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and solve them using statistical and data analysis techniques.
• Document data processes, models, and insights for stakeholders and team members.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Support data-driven initiatives and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
