We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.

****Key Responsibilities: ****

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse.
• Maintain an accurate inventory by conducting regular stock checks andupdating records.
• Prepare items for delivery by verifying orders, packaging products securely,and labeling them correctly.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
• Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure timely arrival of goods atdesignated locations.
• Operate company vehicles safely and adhere to all traffic regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any questions or concernsthey may have during the delivery process.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve efficiency and optimize workflow.

****Qualifications: ****

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or delivery services is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Charlotte and surrounding area.
