Job Summary
ServiceMaster by Twins is seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Facilities Technician to support our fast-paced restoration and construction operations. This hybrid role blends logistics coordination with property and equipment maintenance—perfect for someone who thrives on variety, independence, and physical work.
What You’ll Do
Warehouse & Inventory Coordination
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked warehouse
Stage and dispatch tools, supplies, and materials to job sites and satellite offices
Monitor inventory levels and restock with precision
Label and store gear properly for safety and accessibility
Equipment Care & Maintenance
Clean, inspect, and perform routine upkeep on restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, scrubbers, extractors, etc.)
Track equipment performance and location
Ensure all gear is ready for service before and after use
Fleet Coordination
Schedule and transport company vehicles for regular service and inspections
Keep fleet vehicles clean, maintained, and ready to deploy
Help manage vehicle availability to support field operations
Facilities & Grounds Maintenance
Perform general maintenance tasks on fixtures, structures, and equipment
Conduct painting and touch-up work to maintain property aesthetics
Handle minor repairs and troubleshoot issues efficiently
Maintain grounds through mowing, trimming, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep
Operate and maintain farm equipment as needed
General Operational Support
Organize external equipment yards and prepare job site deliveries
Lift, move, and load supplies and equipment
Support restoration and construction teams with logistics coordination
Keep leadership informed of operational and equipment needs
What You’ll Bring
Experience in warehouse operations, restoration services, or general maintenance (preferred but not required)
Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments
Proven ability to operate and maintain farm or groundskeeping equipment
Familiarity with landscaping tools and lawn care techniques.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
Clean background and reliable transportation
Must be over the age of 25
