Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receiving materials everyday physically, checking the UOM of the materials ordered Vs received and what UOM is being captured in the AX, update UOM
2. Adding partcode to every box ( not case) in side the case (wherever possible) and add them to the allocated storage location
3. Check for the Bin location added in AX, this can be started once we realign the warehouse, by end of March
4. Cycle count the A items 2 times every month, B items once in a month, C and D Items every 3 months once and submit report
5. Tag each of the location in the warehouse with Unique ID
6. Implementation of 5S
7. Adding UOM to the description of each material description
8. Scan packing slips received physically to the purchasing team
9. Support Adrian’s role when Adrian is out of office
10. Collecting the material requests from lab
11. Issuing the material physically, takes signature as proof of handing over the material to the users
12. Checks the UOM of the partcode and issue to the warehouse based on the correct UOM in AX every day as per the signed lab report
13. Technically, material shouldn’t be issued without signed document
14. Scan the signed issued copies to the purchase team
15. Co-ordinate with Lori on Warehouse 5S process
16. Supporting Lori’s role when she is out of office
17. Collating the material requests and sending to Purchasing team to place the orders.
18. Issue Reagents and gases in AX every week based on the Kris’s report.
