    Our client is looking to add a superstar to their team! They are looking for an experienced individual who has worked in the warehouse/distribution industry. You must have have worked in the inventory department and be familiar with the process.

    Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

    Pay: $21

    Temp to Hire

    Must be able to commute to South Charlotte, Valid DL, clean background and ability to pass drug test.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receive and check in medical implants / instruments into the warehouse from daily couriers and Fedex.

    • Communicate with field sales reps via email and handle surgical case anomalies.

    • Communicate with field sales reps daily about surgical case concerns (backorders, etc).

    • Assess the quality of medical implant boxes received in shipments and scan into SAP; fill office sets with

    replacements.

    • Evaluate medical instruments to be sure everything is in the set and order replacements as needed.

    • Prepare daily medical instruments / implants to leave the office with daily couriers.

    • Ship medical instruments to be repaired / return unneeded inventory to the corporate distribution center.

    • Assemble new medical instrument / implant sets as needed.

    • Ability to be on-call one week per month (after hours and weekend).

    • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and

    external customers.

    • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook). SAP experience preferred.

    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing

    exemplary customer service.

    • Ability to work independently and as a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of

    instructions given.

    • High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.

    • 2+ year’s work experience required.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.

    • Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
