Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility in Baltimore, MD. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for coordinating and monitoring warehouse activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting team performance to meet production targets and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and staff productivity

• Manage and coordinate vendor personnel assigned to warehouse functions

• Communicate clearly and regularly with site leadership regarding shift objectives, priorities, and performance

• Provide effective line management and leadership to warehouse team members

• Delegate tasks, coordinate workloads, and ensure that operational goals are met

• Monitor performance metrics to ensure production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently achieved

• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency

• Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in alignment with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision, logistics management, or a related field required

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to delegate effectively

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Proven track record of meeting production and quality goals in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and operational needs

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer proficiency preferred
