Warehouse Lead
1st Shift 7am-4pm
$23 an hour+overtime
We are looking to hire candidates with a variety of experience including inventory, forklift operator, shipping and receiving, data entry (SAP) etc
Duties
Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and inventory audits.Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Assist in resolving operational issues and workflow bottlenecks.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.Collaborate with supervisors, logistics teams, and other departments to meet customer and business requirements.
Qualifications
2–5 years of warehouse experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
