About the Role:

JRF Technology, LLC is looking for a driven and dependable Warehouse Lead to join our growing team in Tampa, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations, lead a dedicated crew, and play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping

Lead, mentor, and coordinate warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy goals

Monitor and maintain inventory levels through cycle counts and stock audits

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of all warehouse inventory

Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, compliant work environment

Coordinate with management to prioritize workloads and meet fulfillment deadlines

Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Requirements:

2+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics

Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire

Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and team leadership abilities

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
