We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee and manage the warehouse intake process from the moment inventory arrives through final organization and put-away within the warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and operational flow. The ideal candidate will take ownership of inbound shipment processing while also supporting outbound order fulfillment and overall warehouse operations as needed.
Responsibilities:
Own and oversee the full warehouse intake process, including unloading, receiving, counting, sorting, labeling, and organizing incoming inventory
Ensure all inbound shipments are accurately verified against packing lists, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
Coordinate and execute inventory put-away processes to maintain organized and efficient warehouse storage systems
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and audits
Identify and communicate discrepancies, damages, shortages, or inventory issues to management promptly
Assist with outbound order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipment preparation as operational needs require
Support daily warehouse operations and help maintain workflow efficiency across inbound and outbound activities
Train and assist warehouse associates on intake procedures, organization standards, and operational best practices
Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards throughout all operational areas
Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, transfers, and inventory movement documentation
Assist in developing and improving warehouse processes to increase efficiency and inventory accuracy
Develop strong familiarity with products, inventory categories, and warehouse organization systems
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
Previous experience overseeing inbound receiving or warehouse intake operations strongly preferred
Forklift certification required
Strong attention to detail with excellent counting and inventory accuracy skills
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse software, Shopify, ShipStation, Outlook, or comparable platforms
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse inventory safely and efficiently
Experience with apparel, footwear, ecommerce, wholesale, or product-based businesses is a plus
Familiarity with streetwear, fashion, or outdoor brands preferred
Leadership experience or experience training warehouse associates is a plus
Strong work ethic, reliability, and sense of ownership over warehouse operations
