    Zina's Fine Foods, a family-owned producer of artisanal salads, dips, and ready-to-eat meals, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / warehouse operations manager. We are looking for someone with strong experience in ownership of all on-site warehouse operations, ensuring 100% inventory accuracy, timely fulfillment of production needs, and flawless execution of receiving and shipping processes

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management: Lead weekly physical inventory counts and ensure immediate and accurate data entry into the system. Investigate and resolve all stock discrepancies.

    Production Fulfillment: Manage the daily process of picking, staging, and transferring ingredients to the kitchen, ensuring all movements are correctly documented in the system in real-time.

    Digital Receiving: Personally oversee and execute the digital receiving of all incoming goods (perishables, ingredients, packaging) using the system-based standard operations. Be the first line of defense for quality control and discrepancy reporting.

    Team Supervision: Directly manage the warehouse team, assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures.

    Local Procurement: Take ownership of daily and weekly ordering for high-frequency items, including fresh vegetables, labels, and packaging.

    Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, optimizing layout for efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred (field of study is flexible).

    3+ years of experience in Warehouse management in the Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food industry.

    Proven experience in a warehouse or stockroom lead role, preferably within the food manufacturing or foodservice industry

    Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., SQF, BRCGS).

    Proficiency with inventory management software (experience with ERP systems like Odoo is a major plus) and warehouse equipment.

    Strong accuracy, team lead and active participation in problem-solving.
