Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Associate Location: Plustek Santa Fe Spring

Position Summary: We are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Associate to join our operations team. This position is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and complete daily shipments and coordinate carrier pickups/deliveries according to shipping instructions.

· Receive incoming shipments; inspect, sort, prioritize, and record inventory in the system.

· Maintain accurate inventory logs and reports; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

· Assist with inventory updates, product rework, and repackaging tasks.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality service standards, and safety regulations.

· Perform regular inventory control and support audits with high accuracy.

· Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).

· Collaborate with the team to achieve overall operational goals.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse or shipping/receiving experience.

· Proficiency in shipping and inventory control procedures.

· Experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip.

· Ability to operate warehouse equipment; valid forklift operator license required.

· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
