    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate freight, and ensure on-time delivery for our clients. This role is based at our Miami operations hub at 1842 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33132.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage receiving, storage, and inventory control

    • Coordinate domestic and international freight forwarding

    • Prepare and verify shipping documentation and customs requirements

    • Schedule and track last-mile deliveries

    • Monitor shipment timelines and resolve issues proactively

    • Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records

    • Support optimization of warehouse layout and logistics processes

    • Communicate with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and clients

    Qualifications

    • Experience in logistics, warehousing, freight, or supply-chain operations

    • Knowledge of customs, international freight, and shipment documentation

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail

    • Ability to lift, move, and inspect materials as needed

    Compensation & Benefits

    Pay: $19–$24 per hour (experience-based)
