    Warehouse & Operations Lead | Fast-Growing Home Staging Company Growth Opportunity | In-Person This is not a typical warehouse position. We are a fast-growing home staging and design company, and our warehouse is the center of everything we do. We are looking for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow into a leadership role as we scale. This role has the potential to grow into a $65,000+ leadership position. Compensation Top performers in this role will have the opportunity to grow into higher compensation as responsibilities increase. • Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 • Two Weeks Paid Time Off • Paid Major Holidays • Sick Pay • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options Bonus Opportunities tied to Performance • $250/month — if installs run on time • $250/month — if warehouse passes inspection • $500/quarter — if inventory loss stays low What Makes This Role Different • Opportunity to grow into a Warehouse Manager or Operations role • You will play a key role in shaping how our warehouse operates • Direct path to CEO / Operations leadership • Opportunity to grow with a company that is scaling quickly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Run day-to-day warehouse operations with efficiency and structure • Set and enforce standards for organization, cleanliness, and care of inventory • Pull and prep furniture and décor for staging projects • Own inventory tracking and ensure accuracy at all times • Coordinate and execute scheduling logistics for installs and warehouse pulls • Identify areas for improvement and help build better systems as we grow Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Someone who takes ownership and does not wait to be told what to do • Strong leadership presence and ability to hold a team accountable • Highly organized with attention to detail • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
