    About Us We are a fast-growing food manufacturing operation dedicated to producing high-quality products with safety, consistency, and efficiency. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Warehouse & Logistics Leader to lead all warehousing, inventory, and outbound logistics functions.

    Position Overview The Warehouse & Logistics Leader oversees all warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, receiving, storage, shipping, and coordination of transportation. This role ensures smooth material flow throughout the facility, supports production needs, maintains food-safe standards, and leads a warehouse team with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, staging, loading, and shipping.

    Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and routine audits.

    Coordinate transportation and deliveries; negotiate with carriers when needed.

    Ensure materials and finished goods are correctly labeled, stored, and tracked.

    Partner with Production to keep materials flowing to the line without delays.

    Oversee compliance with all food-safety and regulatory requirements (GMPs, HACCP, SQF, etc.).

    Develop and train warehouse team members; schedule labor to match demand.

    Create and maintain SOPs for warehouse processes.

    Monitor and report KPIs: inventory accuracy, order accuracy, on-time shipments, etc.

    Operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.

    Promote a culture of safety and ensure OSHA requirements are met.

    Qualifications

    3+ years of warehouse leadership or logistics leadership, ideally in food or manufacturing.

    Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience preferred).

    Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

    Understanding of food safety standards is preferred.
