    About Us

    CMZ Machinery Group is a leading European manufacturer of CNC lathes, expanding operations in the United States with CMZ USA. Our new facility in Brockton, MA will serve as the hub for importing, storing, and distributing CNC machinery, spare parts, and accessories to the U.S. market.

    We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities. This role will also be responsible for building and leading a warehouse team as the company grows.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Warehouse Operations
      • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
      • Manage inventory control, stock levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
      • Oversee preparation of shipments of spare parts and accessories.
      • Coordinate internal distribution of materials and accessories for machine assembly.
    • Logistics & Equipment Handling
      • Support storage and movement of heavy CNC machinery within the facility.
      • Ensure proper handling, placement, and preparation of machines for accessory installation.
      • Collaborate with service/assembly teams to guarantee smooth workflow.
    • Team Leadership & Planning
      • Take ownership of warehouse organization and efficiency.
      • Build and structure a warehouse team in line with future business growth.
      • Develop and implement best practices for warehouse safety, efficiency, and compliance.
    • Health & Safety Compliance
      • Ensure safe warehouse operations in line with OSHA and company standards.
      • Train staff on equipment use and warehouse safety protocols.

    Qualifications

    • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
    • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and shipping processes.
    • Experience handling heavy equipment and working in industrial/technical environments.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
    • Familiarity with Health & Safety (OSHA) requirements.
    • Ability to build, train, and lead a warehouse team.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
