We’re seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Associate to manage and maintain our materials warehouse. This is a critical, hands-on role that supports multiple field teams and ensures materials are properly received, stored, labeled, and staged. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, follows established processes, and takes full ownership of their assigned responsibilities.
Receive, track, and stage materials for job sites in collaboration with the purchasing team
Follow established systems for inventory management and warehouse layout
Ensure materials are easy to find, properly labeled, and ready for project needs
Coordinate with internal teams to keep warehouse operations running smoothly
Conduct routine audits of inventory and material readiness
Transport and deliver materials to job sites as needed, which may include out-of-state travel
Manage company vehicles, including scheduling oil changes, inspections, registration, and general upkeep
Safely operate vehicles with trailers, including loading/unloading and secure transport of materials
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive with a trailer
Ability to pass a background check
Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory tracking, or receiving materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay on task
Willingness to travel to job sites for material delivery (including potential overnight/out-of-state trips)
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Knowledge of AV systems or solar materials is a plus, but not required
