THE OPPORTUNITY: We are building our "Ready-to-Work" pipeline for a premier, climate-controlled government logistics facility. We have immediate openings for roles ranging from General Warehouse (GWH) to Technical Assembly (CT1-3), QA, and Forklift Operators.

SHIFT SCHEDULES & COMPENSATION:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thu | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $16.50 – $17.00/hr

• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thu | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $19.50 – $20.00/hr

• Weekend (AWS): Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $18.00 – $18.50/hr

ROLE OVERVIEW:

• Technical Assembly (CT1-3/QA): Hands-on work with new laptop technology, including unboxing, configuration, quality inspection, and testing.

• General Warehouse (GWH): Includes shipping, receiving, boxing, and palletizing/stacking.

• Forklift Operators: Requirements include one year of experience and the ability to pass a written forklift exam.

GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE & SITE RULES:

• Citizenship: This is a high-security government facility. You MUST provide an original Birth Certificate & ID OR a valid US Passport.

• Security: Strict "No Electronics" policy. Personal phones, smartwatches, and tablets are prohibited on the warehouse floor.

• Attendance: We are looking for reliable candidates. Zero absences allowed in the first 2 weeks; maximum one call-out in the first 90 days.

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire roles with permanent hire eligibility starting near 11 months.
