Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician with a strong technical background in machinery and light electronics. This role ensures our warehouse runs smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and coordinating service for our essential equipment—including forklifts, print shop machines (heat presses, pretreatment machines, DTG printers), fulfillment equipment (auto baggers, air compressors), and more.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair mechanical and technical issues across a range of warehouse equipment

Perform regular preventative maintenance and document all work in detailed service logs

Manage a maintenance calendar and schedule service for all machines

Organize and maintain tools and maintenance supplies

Coordinate with equipment vendors for specialized repair or support when needed

Work closely with department leads to ensure uptime and safe machine use

Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, machinery, and basic electronics

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Ability to read manuals, troubleshoot issues, and escalate repairs as needed

Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with temperature fluctuations

Not required to be a licensed electrician, but must be highly technical and tool-savvy
