    Position Summary

    The Maintenance Technician works alongside the Fleet & Facilities Supervisor to help maintain our 100k sq. ft facility, fleet, equipment and tools. This is a hands-on role that includes vehicle maintenance, equipment repairs, warehouse organization, and facility support.

    The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently after training while communicating regularly with the Supervisor on priorities and assignments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Warehouse & Facility Support

    · Keep the warehouse, and parking areas clean, organized, and safe

    · Assist with daily facility tasks including trash, recycling, and cardboard disposal

    · Build or repair basic shelves, tables, and storage fixtures as needed

    · Assist with company events by helping set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment

    Fleet & Equipment Maintenance

    · Inspect, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on company vehicles, equipment and tools

    · Conduct annual vehicle audits, including safety inspections and test drives.

    · Mount, balance, and repair tires using company-provided equipment, with training provided.

    · Diagnose issues and identify repairs needed, escalating major repair needs when necessary.

    · Organize, track, and manage equipment inventory to ensure readiness and operational efficiency

    Qualifications

    Required

    Experience with basic vehicle maintenance, minor repairs and small motor maintenance

    Comfortable using hand and power tools

    Valid driver's license with a good driving record

    Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly

    Strong attention to detail and organization

    Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods

    Ability to work independently after training

    Preferred

    Forklift experience

    Experience performing preventative maintenance on vehicles and/or equipment and small motors

    Work Environment & Schedule

    Primarily based in the warehouse and shop, with occasional field work

    Some outdoor work in varying weather conditions

    Monday through Friday schedule

    Occasional evening or weekend work may be required
