What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts, pallet jacks, dock doors, conveyors, HVAC, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and repair racking systems, fixtures, and building equipment.
• Handle painting, light carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from warehouse staff.
• Monitor tools/supply inventory and coordinate outside vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year maintenance, warehouse, or facility experience (preferred, not required).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing helpful.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
