We are partnering with a well-established distributor in the commercial HVAC and plumbing space to identify a strong Warehouse Manager to lead operations at their Jacksonville facility. What you will be doing:

• Overseeing all warehouse functions including receiving, storage, and distribution
• Leading inventory management efforts, including cycle counts and accuracy initiatives
• Managing and developing warehouse staff (3 people) to maintain a safe and productive environment
• Improving operational workflows to increase efficiency and reliability
• Coordinating shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Partnering with internal teams to support customer and operational needs
• Managing warehouse resources, budgets, and equipment maintenance
