Warehouse Manager - 3PL Print/Graphics Promotional Products - Base Salary to 120k/year - Lititz, PA

• Our client, a well-established and leading distributor of promotional products is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for their Lititz, PA location!
  
• This role is a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM shift; managing a staff up to 20 members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse operations; oversee warehousing - shipping/receiving, pick/pack, records management, freight logistics, and customer correspondence.
  
• Coordinate picking, kitting, and preparation of products for same day shipping (both nationally and internationally).
  
• Advise Sales Associates and third-party warehousing; cross functional interactions
  
• Control efficient, effective flow of goods, services and information.
  
• Identify, implement, and analyze key metrics to ensure established goals are met re: performance, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction within budget.
  
• Provide direct supervision to teams and proactively manage their performance and development via feedback, appraisals, and corrective action.
  
• Resolve inventory discrepancies (shortages, overages, mis-picks, receiving errors). maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP system (PeopleSoft).
  
• Set department goals and objectives in alignment with corporate.
  
• Coordinate and schedule cycle counts and physical inventories.
  
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures / SOPs.
  
• Participate in the sourcing of job candidates and hiring decisions.
  
• Develop/ implement inventory tools and systems for the distribution center.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory capabilities.
  
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
  
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
  
• Assist with shipping and receiving, picking, and packing, unloading trucks, and verification of materials shipped and received.
  
• Participate in the bidding of fulfillment opportunities by establishing competitive quotes or RFPs (requests for proposals.)
  
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, certifications, and audits.

Qualifications:

• Degree or technical certificate in a business-related discipline preferred.
  
• 5+ years of Warehouse Management (including financial P&L) and Inventory control experience in a 55k+/square foot warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment; with planning ability to forecast surges
  
• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  
• Proficient in ERP systems; MS Office with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data reconciliation).
  
• Shipping software (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) & international requirements.
  
• Experience conducting cycle counts and resolving Inventory variances.
  
• Ability to manage multiple client inventories simultaneously.
• Understanding of OSHA safety
