Job Summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our HVAC company in San Jose. You will oversee physical and electronic stock levels for the warehouse and service vehicles.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse

Ensure orders are placed, shipped and received properly

Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and safety regulations

Communicate with vendors, clients, employees, and company leadership to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively

Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds

Help implement upgraded software system

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred

Excellent leadership skills

Strong interpersonal skills
