Warehouse Manager - Industrial Hardware Provider - Base Salary to 120k/year - Middletown, OH

• Founded over 40 years ago, our client in the industrial hardware space provides solutions for industrial OEMs and distributors. This family-owned company has become one of the best known companies in their space in North America!
• They are currently looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to join their Middletown, OH team. This position will entail managing the current team of 9 (Supervisors, Shipping, Crew Members).

Responsibilities:

• Manage current team of 8-9 employees in the Middletown location warehouse (140k square feet).
  
• Hire additional crew members as the company continues grow
  
• Full responsibility for Day-to-Day Operations, Inventory Management, Production Management, Facilities Management and Safety in the Warehouse
  
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure efficiency targets are met
  
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays
  
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial Warehouse Management experience
  
• Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the industrial hardware industry
  
• Experience working as a 2nd-time Leader
  
• Must perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job including but not limited to: ERP Program, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Various freight software, UPS Worldship, BOL’s
  
• Must be conversational in Spanish
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 90k - 120k/year range
