We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, staffing, and logistics coordination. This role is critical to ensuring smooth installs, accurate pulls, efficient workflows, and clear communication between the warehouse, design, and installation teams.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable managing a fast-paced environment with constantly moving inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, staging, loading, and outbound logistics
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times
Ensure building rules and safety regulations are strictly followed
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records
Lead regular inventory counts
Ensure all inventory is properly labeled, stored, and easy to locate
Communicate inventory discrepancies immediately
Stage & Installation Prep
Review mood boards and pull lists prior to each install
Ensure correct quantities, sizes, finishes, and condition of items are loaded
Serve as the final quality check before trucks leave the warehouse
Communicate proactively if items are missing, incorrect, or delayed
Team Management
Supervise warehouse staff and temporary labor
Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and efficiency
Train team members on processes, safety, and expectations
Hold staff accountable to timelines and quality standards
Communication & Coordination
Act as the main point of contact between warehouse, design, and operations teams
Provide daily updates on progress and priorities
Flag issues early and propose solutions
Participate in planning meetings and post-install reviews as needed
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements
Help implement inventory and project management systems
Support long-term warehouse planning and layout optimization
Qualifications
3+ years of warehouse management or logistics leadership experience
Strong inventory management and organizational skills
Experience managing teams and temporary labor
Ability to read and execute detailed pull lists or mood boards
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
Proficient with inventory or project management software (Monday.com experience a plus)
Ability to lift and move inventory as needed
