    We are looking for a motivated and versatile Warehouse Manager/Project Management Support professional to assist with various tasks related to inventory management, material handling, and job site deliveries. This individual will be responsible for tracking inventory, loading and unloading shipments, delivering materials to job sites, maintaining an organized warehouse, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and assisting with sample production. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be able to drive a box truck, operate a skid steer, and operate a forklift (or be willing to learn).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Management:

    Track inventory levels and report shortages

    Conduct routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system.

    Shipping and Receiving:

    Load and unload shipments of materials and equipment.

    Ensure all received materials are properly documented and stored according to company procedures.

    Job Site Deliveries:

    Deliver materials, equipment, and supplies to various job sites in a timely and efficient manner.

    Safely operate a box truck and ensure all deliveries are made according to schedule.

    Warehouse Organization:

    Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for efficient storage and retrieval of materials.

    Implement effective storage solutions and maintain a logical inventory layout.

    Equipment Inspection and Maintenance:

    Conduct regular inspections of warehouse and delivery equipment, including box trucks, skid steers, forklifts, and other tools.

    Perform basic maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed to ensure equipment is always in working order.

    Sample Production:

    Assist in the production and assembly of product samples as needed.

    Work closely with other team members to ensure that samples meet quality standards and are produced on schedule.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Ability to drive a box truck (or willingness to learn).

    Ability to operate a skid steer (or willingness to learn).

    Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to learn).

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 55 pounds).

    Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing for extended periods.

    Preferred:

    Prior experience in a warehouse, construction, or project management support role.

    Familiarity with basic warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Compensation:

    Hourly wage of $17-22, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Opportunity for overtime as needed.
