Replay Surfacing, a leader in high-performance playground surfacing and recreational flooring, is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a key role supporting field operations and project execution across the Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

As Warehouse Manager, you’ll ensure efficient warehouse operations, support installation crews, and help maintain smooth logistics and material handling. Duties include (but are not limited to):

Managing all incoming and outgoing freight and deliveries

Delivering or picking up materials to and from job sites as needed

Staging materials and tools for projects in advance

Maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness and organization

Making rubber surfacing samples for clients and marketing

Overseeing company vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules

Ordering consumables and general warehouse supplies

Running CNC machinery for product fabrication

Willingness to operate or learn to operate a forklift and skid steer

Willingness to drive or learn to drive a box truck for local delivery

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience with warehouse operations, logistics, or construction supply is a plus

Basic mechanical or equipment knowledge is helpful

Willingness to learn new skills and equipment operations (forklift, skid steer, CNC, box truck)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)
