    Roles & Responsibilities:

    As an Warehouse & Materials Admin, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, and procuring tools and equipment to support our field teams with the resources they need to perform their work efficiently.

    • Track, audit, and report inventory – tools, equipment, and materials.

    • Procure and purchase of parts and materials for stock, non-stock, and consumables.

    • Issue and process Purchase Orders.

    • Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors.

    • Manage warehouse practices and protocols to achieve efficient warehouse operations.

    • Communicate with other departments to ensure materials are available in a timely manner as job needs dictate.

    • Collaborate in setting warehouse and team goals to achieve efficiency.

    • Administrative monitoring of Vehicle Fleet and maintenance.

    • Apply LEAN and 5S to Warehouse operations.

    • Performing other duties as needed to contribute to the overall success of Team UIS.

    Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 2 Years of Purchasing and/or Inventory control experience

    • Ability to effectively prioritize work.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Process oriented.

    • Proficient with computers and knowledge of general software and applications.

    • Effective oral and written communication skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    • Awareness and understanding of safety rules.
