We are hiring an experienced Warehouse and Office Support Coordinator.
Position Summary
The Warehouse & Office Support Coordinator provides general support to employees by assisting with routine logistics, basic administrative tasks, and in-person coordination needs. This role focuses on helping team members navigate site processes, ensuring smooth check-ins, and offering guidance when questions arise. While this is primarily a day-shift position, flexibility to report on-site during 3rd shift when needed is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee badge pickup and distribution
- Greet employees and provide directions, check-in support, and general assistance
- Meet employees in person when needed, including at site locations
- Help with simple administrative tasks such as logging information or updating lists
- Communicate with supervisors or leads to ensure employees receive proper guidance
- Maintain an organized and welcoming environment for warehouse and office staff
- Provide occasional on-site support during 3rd shift when required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Reliable, organized, and punctual
- Ability to travel locally to nearby sites
- Flexibility to adjust schedule when 3rd-shift support is needed
- Customer-service or basic administrative experience preferred
