Position Overview
We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to take full control of day-to-day operations within our Brooklyn warehouse. This role demands a hands-on leader who can implement structure, streamline processes, and ensure every order — inbound or outbound — moves quickly, accurately, and efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing all core warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory, order processing, and shipping — while managing all warehouse personnel and drivers.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
Oversee all warehouse personnel and drivers, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and productivity
Build and implement systems that ensure fast, accurate, and efficient order turnaround
Establish and maintain organized procedures for receiving and inventory tracking
Improve layout, workflow, and space utilization across the warehouse
Create a culture of accountability while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment
Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics providers to meet shipping deadlines
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline
Qualifications / Must-Haves
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills and a leadership style that balances structure with team support
Proven ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining morale
5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
Experience in both wholesale and e-commerce fulfillment is a strong plus
Demonstrated success improving speed, accuracy, and warehouse efficiency
Comfortable implementing new systems and driving operational improvements
