Position Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager to take full control of day-to-day operations within our Brooklyn warehouse. This role demands a hands-on leader who can implement structure, streamline processes, and ensure every order — inbound or outbound — moves quickly, accurately, and efficiently. You will be responsible for overseeing all core warehouse functions, including receiving, inventory, order processing, and shipping — while managing all warehouse personnel and drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations: receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping

• Oversee all warehouse personnel and drivers, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and productivity

• Build and implement systems that ensure fast, accurate, and efficient order turnaround

• Establish and maintain organized procedures for receiving and inventory tracking

• Improve layout, workflow, and space utilization across the warehouse

• Create a culture of accountability while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment

• Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics providers to meet shipping deadlines

• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline

Qualifications / Must-Haves

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

• Excellent communication skills and a leadership style that balances structure with team support

• Proven ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining morale

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management

• Experience in both wholesale and e-commerce fulfillment is a strong plus

• Demonstrated success improving speed, accuracy, and warehouse efficiency

• Comfortable implementing new systems and driving operational improvements
