Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous warehouse order picking experience using a walkie rider is required. Current certifications preferred.

Ability to lift 15–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with productivity metrics. Shift begins at 7/8AM. Must be able to stay until the job is done (typically around 5:30 PM)

Must exhibit excellent attendance.

Basic ability to read, write, and perform simple math.

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance.

Team Player: Good attitude and communication with supervisors and teammates. Ability to support any/all tasks required.

Work Environment

Warehouse setting with variable temperatures depending on the season.

Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and operating equipment for extended periods.

Daily use of material-handling equipment: Must be able to operate a Walkie Rider EPJ
