Warehouse Order Verifier

Westin Fulfillment LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Order Verifier to help ensure our orders leave the warehouse accurately and on time. If you enjoy staying organized, catching the small details others miss, and working in a fast-moving warehouse environment, this role may be a great fit.

Our team supports major retailers and e-commerce partners, so accuracy and efficiency are essential. The Order Verifier plays a key role in making sure every order shipped meets company and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Verify picked orders for accuracy, quantity, and product quality before shipment

Compare items against packing slips, purchase orders, and system records

Ensure correct labels, packaging, and documentation are included with shipments

Identify discrepancies and coordinate with picking, packing, and inventory teams to resolve issues

Maintain organized verification stations and follow warehouse safety procedures

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a warehouse environment

Basic computer or warehouse system familiarity

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally

Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Schedule

Full-time position Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat Schedule may vary based on operational needs.
