Atlas International Logistics GA is seeking a Warehouse Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following core responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

1. Order Picking:

• Accurately read pick tickets or utilize handheld scanners to locate items.
• Retrieve products from shelves, bins, or racks in accordance with order specifications.
• Verify the correct item number, quantity, and quality prior to packing.

2. Packing Orders:

• Carefully package items using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, boxes, etc.) to prevent damage.
• Label packages accurately for shipping (barcodes, destination information).
• Ensure that all necessary documentation (packing slip, invoice) is included.

3. Quality Control:

• Inspect items for any signs of damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Report any issues to supervisors or inventory control personnel.

4. Inventory Support:

• Assist with cycle counts and stock checks as required.
• Restock picking areas with inventory as directed.

5. Shipping Preparation:

• Seal boxes and stage them for pickup.
• Scan packages into the system for tracking purposes.
• Coordinate with the shipping team or couriers for outgoing deliveries.

6. General Warehouse Duties:

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promptly report any potential hazards.
• Utilize basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.) safely and responsibly.
