Warehouse Parts SupervisorCosmo is a rapidly growing appliance brand with a vision to transform the kitchen through performance and design. We are seeking a Warehouse Parts Supervisor who thinks big, moves fast, and possesses the leadership talent to manage our expanding parts operations. This is a critical role for a logistics professional who excels at team coordination, system accuracy, and data-driven problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Inventory Leadership: Oversee and organize the warehouse parts department. Conduct cycle counts, audit discrepancies, and ensure 100% inventory integrity within our systems.
Logistics & Systems Management: Manage the intake, inspection, and packaging of replacement parts. Maintain high-level proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Google Sheets/Excel to track and report on inventory health.
Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve root causes for non-conforming, defective, or incorrect parts. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve department productivity.
Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding part availability, technical specifications, and fulfillment status.
Technical Oversight: Supervise and assist with part extraction, appliance testing, and minor repairs. Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
Who We’re Looking For
Proven Leader: You have a background in logistics or shipping supervision and a drive to lead teams toward success.
Systems Expert: You aren't just "basic" with computers—you understand how data drives logistics. You are proficient in managing complex spreadsheets and inventory databases.
Strategic Problem-Solver: You enjoy the challenge of organizing thousands of SKUs and can identify bottlenecks in a fast-paced "startup" environment.
Mechanically Minded: You have a technical aptitude and are comfortable working with tools and appliance components.
Detail-Oriented & Dependable: You understand that accuracy in the parts department is vital to a "happy home" for our customers.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Inventory Management Software.
Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (Forklift Certification is a plus).
