Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming household goods shipments

• Properly tag, inventory, and store items using warehouse tracking software

• Accurately input and manage inventory data in MS Warehouse software

• Load and unload trucks in accordance with company and safety standards

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse

• Maintain organized warehouse storage areas

• Assist with shipment preparation, staging, and dispatch

• Conduct routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Work collaboratively with drivers, movers, office staff, and management

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in household goods moving and storage required

• Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)

• Proficient in warehouse tracking software systems

• Working knowledge of MS Warehouse software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
