    Position Summary

    The Warehouse Worker plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of a manufacturing and production facility. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks, including pulling, packing, and sorting materials for shipping and receiving, as well as performing basic building maintenance and painting. The role also involves operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, using hand tools for light repairs or assembly, and driving company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials to vendors and customers. The Warehouse Worker ensures that all duties are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and procedures.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and work orders.

    Must maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.

    Proficient in the safe use of basic hand tools and general maintenance equipment.

    Skilled in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.

    Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory systems, data entry, and shipping software.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Physical Demands

    The physical requirements listed below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

    Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate tools and materials, and to reach with hands and arms.

    Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during the course of daily tasks.

    Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently.

    Must be capable of safely operating warehouse vehicles and equipment.

    Work Schedule

    Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    Overtime may be required based on production needs or shipping schedules.
