Top Patch, a fast-growing manufacturer is seeking a Warehouse & Production Supervisor to help lead daily production, inventory, and shipping operations. We are a small but rapidly expanding business currently shipping 10–20 pallets per week and scaling quickly toward 20–40 pallets per week.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently while helping build systems and eventually lead a production team. If you have those skills we can teach the rest.

Key Responsibilities

Train, Encourage and Manage warehouse staff to work as a team

Batch and mix materials using ingredients according to production recipes

Package finished products to prepare orders for shipment

Skilled at forklift and pallet jack to move, store & load material

Manage warehouse organization and inventory levels

Track raw materials, inbound & outgoing and finished product inventory

Prepare pallets and coordinate outgoing shipments

Prioritize daily production and warehouse tasks

Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Assist with improving production workflows as the company grows

As additional staff is added, train and supervise this additional production staff

Qualifications

Experience batching, mixing, and manufacturing products from ingredients & recipes

Desire to be pivotal in helping an amazing product and company with unlimited growth

Forklift certified (or ability to become certified)

Warehouse and inventory management experience

Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a warehouse environment

Comfortable working year-round in an unheated / non-AC warehouse

Current Drivers License in good standing
