Warehouse Receiving Manager

Location: 14555 W Yuma Rd, Suite 145 Goodyear, AZ 85338 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Start Date: ASAP Pay Range: $20.00 – $21.50 per hour DOE

About the Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Receiving Manager to take charge of our inbound operations. You’ll oversee the receiving team, ensure shipments are processed accurately, and keep our warehouse running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong, efficient teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the receiving team to ensure timely, accurate processing of incoming goods

Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies quickly

Maintain and update inventory records in warehouse management systems

Oversee proper handling, storage, and labeling of products

Partner with other departments to streamline warehouse operations

Train, coach, and evaluate team members for peak performance

Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or logistics experience required; supervisory experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) PLUS but not required

Previous Lead/ Manger experience strongly desired
