**Warehouse Lead / Shipping & Receiving / Delivery Driver **
Job Description:
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations for a commercial audio visual (AV) integration company, including receiving, organizing, staging, and shipping AV equipment and materials. This role works closely with project managers, technicians, procurement, and logistics to ensure accurate inventory management and smooth job-site delivery for AV installation projects
Key Responsibilities:
- **Shipping & Receiving: ** Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, which includes unloading, sorting, and loading products effectively to ensure timely delivery.
- * *Inventory Management: ** Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure stock accuracy. Report any discrepancies and assist in cycle counts.
_- **Quality Control:_ ** Inspect products for defects and damages, ensuring only quality-approved items are shipped to customers.
- ** Documentation: ** Maintain accurate records and documentation for shipments, receiving logs, and inventory levels using warehouse management systems.
- * *Safety Compliance: ** Adhere to all safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in safety training and implement best practices.
- * *Equipment Operation :** Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
Required Qualification s
• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Chauffeur’s License or willing / able to get one
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (TVs, displays, mounting hardware, racks).
• Experience using pallet jacks or forklifts.
