    Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday – Friday
    Pay Rate: $18 – $22 per hour

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Shipping and Driver to support shipping operations and local/regional deliveries. This position involves driving company vehicles, operating forklifts and material-handling equipment, and assisting with daily warehouse functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in logistics or shipping, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
    • Perform driving duties using an F350 with a bunk trailer , and occasionally a box truck , for runs to Wyoming and throughout the Twin Cities area.
    • Assist with warehouse operations including picking, stocking, and organizing inventory.
    • Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and ship documentation accurately.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Follow all company and DOT safety regulations.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, or yard work.

    Licenses amp; Certifications:

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.
    • Forklift certification or proven experience operating forklifts required.
    • CDL preferred, but not mandatory.

    Skills amp; Abilities:

    • Proficient in English for reading, writing, and speaking (minimum 60%).
    • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely and regularly.
    • Strong manual dexterity and physical stability for precise tasks.
    • Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
    • Highly detail-oriented and able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physically capable of walking, bending, twisting, and carrying materials across the facility.

    Physical Requirements

    • Stand, walk, and operate equipment for extended periods.
    • Regularly lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
    • Perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, crouching, and climbing.
    • Must have clear close-range vision and color perception to inspect materials and read documentation.
