    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to support outbound operations at our distribution hub. This position plays a vital role in ensuring luxury textiles and wallcoverings are accurately prepared, packed, and documented for domestic and international shipments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced team environment and takes pride in quality control, order accuracy, and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Order Fulfillment: Securely pack, wrap, and label high-end products according to company guidelines to prevent damage during transit.

    Shipping Documentation: Prepare outbound shipping paperwork, packing lists, and basic international customs documentation for carrier and freight shipments.

    Dock Operations: Maintain organized shipping lanes, stage completed orders for daily carrier pickups, and efficiently load delivery trucks.

    Team Collaboration: Partner with inventory, cutting, and picking teams to identify product discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate order processing.

    Customer Service Support: Verify tracking information and shipment statuses to assist internal customer service teams with customer inquiries.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping and receiving, or distribution environment.

    Technical Skills: Familiarity with barcode scanners, inventory management systems, and shipping software such as FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar platforms.

    Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify product codes, quantities, and order information to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

    Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and safely lift, carry, or move boxes and fabric rolls weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the shift.

    Schedule: Dependable attendance and ability to work standard daytime distribution center hours, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
