Callahan’s Appliance – Fort Worth, TX

We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working team member to help keep our shop running at a high standard.

This is an entry-level, hands-on position focused on shop support and daily operations. No appliance or repair experience is required, just a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do:

Move and organize appliances (must be able to lift 50+ lbs)

Clean and prep appliances

Maintain shop cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, work areas)

Assist with inventory organization and system tracking

Run occasional errands (parts pickup, vehicle drop-offs, etc.)

Assist technicians

Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs

Reliable and self-motivated

Comfortable interacting with customers in person

Valid driver’s license preferred

Growth Opportunity (optional)

We’re willing to train the right person in:

Basic in-shop appliance repairs

Sales fundamentals

Inventory systems

As skills develop, there is opportunity to earn commission on repairs and sales. For someone who shows initiative, reliability, and a desire to grow, there is clear room for advancement within the company, including the potential to move into a technician or sales-focused role.
