The Role:

Seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support our plumbing team as warehouse worker/laborer/material runner. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our service and install departments – providing critical support in shop and tool maintenance, project and equipment preparation, material delivery, and jobsite assistance.

The Tasks:

• Organize, clean, and maintain the plumbing warehouse, tools, and vehicles
• Maintain and perform basic service on small engine equipment and power tools
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Assist with project preparation along with post-job cleanup and restocking
• Deliver parts and supplies to job sites in a timely manner
• Assist plumbers in the field when needed (parts delivery, setup, cleanup, haul away)
• Help maintain inventory and report any shortages to shop manager
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate and documented - check quantities and condition
• Help with new vehicle setup ensuring its road and job ready (build shelves and racks)
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. occasionally, heavier items may require team lift
• Provide responsive, clear, and consistent communication with co-workers and customers
• Be self-motivated, stay productive and take initiative throughout the day
