    What You’ll Do

    As our Warehouse Supervisor Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our Ontario warehouse, helping ensure inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and a safe, organized workspace. You will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain smooth logistics and uphold high standards of quality and timeliness.

    Order Processing & Fulfillment

    Process daily orders through ShipStation, FedEx, and UPS

    Coordinate and prepare LTL shipments via FedEx bulk logistics

    Create and apply shipping labels for outgoing orders and replacement parts

    Package and stage orders for pickup or delivery

    Shipping & Receiving

    Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists

    Document and report any discrepancies or damaged goods

    Organize and shelve inbound inventory according to SKU and category

    Maintain accurate receiving logs and update inventory systems

    Inventory Management

    Perform weekly inventory audits and alert for overstock or low-stock SKUs

    Maintain and update inventory logs, including Replacement File and R-Parts tracking

    Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliation

    Monitor supply levels (e.g., packing materials) and report restocking needs

    Warehouse Operations

    Support warehouse layout optimization and product organization

    Assist with pallet handling and forklift operation (if certified)

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse zones

    Ensure proper labeling and signage for storage areas

    Safety & Compliance

    Follow all safety protocols and use PPE as required

    Conduct routine safety checks and report hazards or violations

    Assist in training team members on safe handling and equipment use

    Support emergency preparedness and incident reporting procedures

    Team Collaboration & Support

    Communicate effectively with Warehouse Supervisor and team members

    Help delegate tasks and monitor workflow during peak periods

    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency

    Required Qualifications

    1+ year experience in warehouse operations or logistics

    Familiarity with ShipStation, UPS, and FedEx platforms

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry

    Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

    Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
