We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and support our production and fulfillment teams. This hands-on role also includes assisting staff with material measurement and mixing.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse operations with a focus on inventory management, production support, and outbound logistics. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage manufacturing quality control (QC) and batch paperwork for both Top Guard and Top Patch products.
Oversee stocking of raw materials and finished goods.
Develop and implement QR codes for inventory and batch tracking.
Fulfill customer orders and palletize products for shipment.
Verify all shipments for accuracy, product type, pallet wrapping, and paperwork before release.
Edit and print product labels as required.
Assist with research and development testing under the Operations Manager’s guidance.
Reconcile physical and digital inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Communicate supply needs to management promptly.
Maintain and organize warehouse tools, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
Train, mentor, and support new warehouse employees.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse operations or supervisory experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred).
Forklift certification (required).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. (required)
Ability to accurately read and complete inventory and batch documentation. (required)
Effective communication and leadership skills. (required)
Physical ability to lift, move, and organize materials as needed. (required)
Dedication to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace. (required)
Mechanically inclined or comfortable working with tools and equipment is highly beneficial.
Experience coordinating LTL and Hazardous freight shipments is a strong plus.
