Join a growing team! Servpro of Upper Bucks, a local fire and water restoration

company, has an immediate need for a dependable and honest employee to work full-time and/or part-

time in our warehouse located in Perkasie

Manages the production resources (based on work orders and the direction of the Production Manager) including managing all equipment, cleaning supplies, and other resources needed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Establishes inventory of all equipment and supplies

Assigns needed equipment and supplies (i.e., tools, ladders, chemicals, cleaning supplies) to each assigned crew for projects.

Communicates daily with the Project Manager on needed resources and supplies.

Check chemical/consumables inventory

Check on warehouse organization, make sure everything has a spot

Check on broken equipment pile (fix if possible)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to successfully fulfill the major duties and responsibilities above. Some key requirements to fulfill the position may include, but not be limited to:

Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people.

Ability to read, write, and speak the English language

Multi or Bi-lingual language skills are preferred but not required.

Intermediate problem-solving skills including proper handling of scheduling and supply chain issues.

Detailed oriented with an emphasis on resource management.

Intermediate organizational skills to ensure proper distribution of resources.

Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time

Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Exceptional knowledge of cleaning products/chemicals and equipment.

Working Conditions

Fast-paced, high pressure work environment.

Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time with approximately sixty percent (60%) of the time in a standing or walking position.

Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
