ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Medical Device Inventory & Shipping Associate who can move fast, think ahead, and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll handle incoming surgical supplies, perform quality checks, manage inventory accuracy, prepare shipments, and support both management and sales when needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive, inspect, and organize surgical supplies and medical devices • Check expiration dates, lot numbers, sterile packaging, and labeling • Maintain accurate inventory using FIFO and routine cycle counts • Pick, pack, and ship urgent orders with zero mistakes • Use inventory and shipping software (UPS, FedEx, ShipStation, etc.) • Take product photos and help update website listings • Assist sales with product information and stock availability • Support management with operational tasks and special projects • Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and efficient • Bring ideas that help us improve speed, accuracy, and workflow
WHAT YOU MUST BRING • Experience with inventory or warehouse operations • Ability to use shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx/ShipStation) • Strong computer and tech skills • Extreme attention to detail • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs • Fast, accurate work style • Excellent communication skills • Self-starter mindset — someone who moves, not someone who waits
BONUS POINTS (NOT REQUIRED) • Experience in medical or surgical supplies • Hospital materials management experience • E-commerce, photography, or website experience • Sales or marketing background • Startup or fast-growth environment experience
SCHEDULE • Part-time: 15–25 hours/week (AM) • Monday–Friday • High potential for FULL-TIME based on performance
