We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support our warehouse, inventory, and route preparation operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and helping keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will help organize inventory, prepare orders, support production, and assist with truck loading and unloading.

Mat Department

• Feed mats into rolling equipment
• Organize inventory on shelves
• Pull and prepare mat delivery orders

Linen Department

• Receive clean, wrapped linen from production
• Organize linen inventory on shelves
• Pull and prepare linen delivery orders

Warehouse & Shipping Support

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery and shuttle trucks
• Help organize and stage products for routes and deliveries
• Use inventory tracking software to scan and assign items to drivers or customers

Safety & Team Support

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safe work practices and company safety procedures
• Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly with a positive attitude
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Safety-minded and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work 40+ hours per week , including overtime as needed
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Experience

Previous warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule

Full-Time | 40+ Hours Per Week Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
